TREAT YO'SELF: Soul Revival for Women who Run Shit

October 21-27 in Tulum, Mexico

with Margo Kellison Lightburn, Desiree Mangandog, Amron Bevels-Wilson & Kathryn Nichols

Ladies, ladies—we see you out there hustling, making an impact, raising families and being all around boss babes. You’re rocking it and we know you know how to work hard but are you perhaps forgetting to PLAY hard? It’s been awhile since you’ve treated yourselves to a proper VAY-CAY and we say it’s time to change that!

Come revive yourself in paradise with us during this 6 day women’s only TREAT YO’SELF retreat in Tulum! Join renowned yoga instructor Margo Lightburn for an immersive soul revival and celebration of life. This retreat embraces ‘La Buena Vida,’ the good life—health, happiness, freedom, whatever sets your soul on fire!

Get ready to sweat, flow, breathe and let go of all that no longer serves you. Under Margo’s guidance, you’ll tune into your body’s innate wisdom and find the empowerment necessary to live life fully and radiate from the inside out! She’ll lead you through dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes designed to help you build your inner fire and release stuck energy. Margo will hold twice-daily yoga sessions: an energizing morning flow and gentle evening class.

This retreat includes heart-opening meditations, transformative conversations and coaching, intention setting, sound healings, a Mayan Temascal (sweat lodge) ceremony, a full moon goddess gathering, and spontaneous dance parties! We’ll also show you around Tulum and treat you to a tour of ancient Mayan ruins, a boat trip around the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, and fun dinners in town!

It’s time to TREAT YO’SELF—take a break, recharge, connect with your true spirit, bring lightness back into your life and make some new friends along the way! Join our intimate group of sisters, yogis, mamas, hustlers and travelers. You’ll leave feeling revived, blissed-out and lit up from within….And you can now tell all your friends that you work hard AND play hard. Can’t wait to see you there!

Your Guides

Margo Kellison Lightburn
Yoga Instructor

Margo has been teaching yoga and capturing the hearts of students since 2003. Margo's passion as a teacher has always been to make the "non believer" a "believer" but not just in yoga, in themselves. Women's health, happiness, strength and empowerment is the nucleus of her message through everyday mindfulness, confidence and self awareness. She often sets her classes to music to motivate and inspire. You leave feeling challenged and changed physically, mentally and emotionally. As an experienced teacher of 15 years she has mastered the ability to teach to many levels at one time. She skillfully sequences her classes to suite everyone in the room, provided they're willing to try AND have a sense of humor! So if you're new to yoga or a long time practitioner Margo meets you where you are, and draws you in with compassion and charisma.

She has traveled and taught to yogis by the hundreds for Oprah, Smartwater, Lululemon, KIND BAR , Nike and many more. She is an innovator and pioneer in new platforms and dimensions of the yoga and fitness industry and works tirelessly to connect people to this one life we have and to themselves, because she believes in love, joy, and transformation.

An acupunturist by training, Desiree combines her gifts as a seer and intuitive with the energetic properties of essential oils and Chinese herbology to yield an entirely new self-healing modality. Desiree's powerful work is used by guides, healers, empaths and everyday individuals to transform negative thought forms, dissolve stagnant mental patterns, and massively enhance the emotional well being of her clients. All this takes place in mere minutes. In one session, Desiree's work is able to accomplish a degree of psycho-emotional healing that would often require over one year of therapy to achieve. Desiree will share a special healing workshop with our group during this retreat and will also be available for private healing sessions.

Desiree Mangandog
Transformational Facilitator and Intuitive Healer
Dr. Amron Bevels-Wilson
Wellness Consultant

Amron is a conventionally trained MD who’s chosen to build an unconventional practice. In 2008, she stepped away from the clinical track to pursue nutritional therapy, research, and mindfulness medicine.

Today, Amron runs a small nutritional consulting firm in Portland, OR, where she helps motivated clients think beyond the medical model to achieve weight loss, autoimmune support, and reverse the effects of aging using strategies involving whole foods, lifestyle management, mindfulness, and biohacking. She is passionate about seeing women nourished—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. She believes that it all lies in creating community; getting women together to strengthen their innate connection to nature, instinct, and spirit. She looks forward to offering group coaching sessions and sharing her wisdom and insights during this retreat. She's also available for private nutritional counseling sessions upon request.

Kathryn Nichols
Retreat Coordinator

Kathryn Nichols is a retreats guru, lifestyle curator, yoga instructor and bon vivant from Portland, OR. She has been traveling the world and hosting wellness retreats for the past 2 years. She is the former Retreats Director of the DEN Meditation—one of LA’s hottest meditation studios and has organized retreats for some of the world’s most renowned meditation and yoga instructors. She’s now back in Portland (her hometown) and creating next-level retreat experiences with all her favorite instructors!

Kathryn is passionate about travel, creating beautiful healing spaces, and delivering transformational experiences. She believes that retreats are essential to growth, as they allow you to step outside your comfort zone, tune into your soul’s innate wisdom, and give yourself the space to create something new in your life. The profound shifts that her clients have undergone during her retreats are nothing short of miraculous and she loves hearing about their manifestations once they return home. When not traveling or on her mat, Kathryn loves playing with her dogs, making art and geeking out over alternative wellness and entrepreneurship.

The Venue

We love the un-hotel vibe of Papaya Playa Project, which liberates the spirit and tantalizes the senses!
